Thomas Kaczmarek


After studying Economic Science, Thomas worked in a consulting company for three years. Then he moved to the building materials industry and held several management tasks in companies like Eternit AG (Head of Marketing and Communication) or KS-Info GmbH (Managing Director and executive functions in common organisations of the masonry branches; he is one of the developers and driver for LCA and Sustainable Building in Germany). In 2005 he took the lead of the BetonMarketing Deutschland GmbH and was responsible for all national marketing tasks and communication projects, whether for ready mixed or precast concrete. He associated four regional consulting departments in one company, represented the branch in economic and politics committees and created a common information platform „concrete“ with BE, CH, FR, NL and PL. In 2015 he took over some advisory mandates for marketing strategy and structuring of product management, SWOT-Analysis and corporate positioning and he advises common associations in organization, communication projects and in the political committee networking. Since 2016 he is managing director of WIN - „Wirtschaftverband Mineralische Nebenprodukte e.V." (business association for mineral by-products).
